Who Are We?

Ophelia’s Cocktail Trailer started as a spark of an idea when my mom, Heather Lindh, purchased a vintage Airstream with plans to use it for her own event venue. As her vision shifted, the trailer sat untouched — until we started dreaming up something different.

Together, my mom and I saw the potential to turn that Airstream into something truly special: a mobile bar that brought people together, celebrated community, and looked damn good doing it.

Now, I’m proud to be running Ophelia’s full time. I’m Emma Mims, born and raised here in Leadville, Colorado, and I’ve always loved creating welcoming spaces and meaningful experiences. I’ve found so much joy in building a business that brings people together in such a fun, personal way.
