Ophelia’s Packages

Ophelia’s Base Rental Fee - $795

Each event includes four hours of elevated bar service, with additional hours available upon request. Set-up and breakdown are included at no extra cost, ensuring everything is in place before your first guest arrives. Every package also comes with all essential bar equipment, ice, napkins, disposable cups, straws, a custom menu board, and travel within 100 miles round-trip from Leadville, Colorado. For events beyond this distance, a modest travel fee may apply.

A personalized pre-event consultation is included with every booking. During this conversation, we’ll explore your vision for the event, decide on what types of drinks and/or cocktails you'd like to offer, and even dream up creative names to match your theme or aesthetic. Whether you lean classic, seasonal, or whimsical, we’ll ensure your bar menu reflects your unique style and occasion.

While we are legally unable to supply alcohol directly, you have two simple options: you may purchase and provide the alcohol yourself for the day of the event, or, if preferred, we’ll coordinate the order through one of our trusted local partners and include the cost in your final invoice. Either way, we’ll help make the process seamless, so you can focus on enjoying the celebration.

Our Packages

TIER 1:

The Geneva 

$1.25 per guest, per hour with a minimum of 4 hours + $250/bartender + tip.

Looking for something easy, elevated, and alcohol-optional? The Geneva Package is perfect for events that don’t require full cocktail service but still deserve something special. We’ll serve up chilled beer, wine, cider, and a variety of non-alcoholic options like sparkling water, sodas, and juices — all from our beautifully restored Airstream bar. It’s relaxed, refined, and just right for casual gatherings, post-ceremony toasts, community events, or clients who prefer to keep things simple.

With professional bartenders, full setup and cleanup, and charming bar signage included, The Geneva delivers everything you need for a memorable guest experience, minus the mixology.

The Fenwick

TIER 2:

$2.25 per guest, per hour with a minimum of 4 hours + $250/bartender + tip.

The Fenwick Package brings your bar up a notch with a menu of timeless, crowd-pleasing cocktails served alongside beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks. You’ll choose 2–3 classic cocktails — like Margaritas, Old Fashioneds, Palomas, or Mules — crafted with fresh ingredients and thoughtful garnishes. Whether you’re planning a wedding, rehearsal dinner, or birthday celebration, this package strikes the perfect balance of simple, stylish, and satisfying.

We handle everything from setup to cleanup, plus bring along eco-friendly barware, ice, mixers, and menu signage — so all you have to do is show up and sip.

TIER 3:

The Lennox

$3.50 per guest, per hour with a minimum of 4 hours + $250/bartender + tip.

The Lennox Package is for those who want something truly personal and unforgettable. In addition to everything included in The Juniper, this package features fully customized signature cocktails — whether it be some of our signature cocktails or cocktails designed around your style, story, or season. From a rosemary gin fizz named after your dog to a spicy mezcal cocktail inspired by your first date, we’ll help you dream it up and bring it to life.

You’ll get menu consultation, creative naming, and elevated garnishes (think dried citrus, edible flowers, and seasonal herbs). Want to include a mocktail menu, espresso martinis, or a themed drink station? The Lennox is designed to flex with your vision and give your guests a bar experience that feels as unique as your event.

Want to sample cocktails before the big day? This fun, low-key tasting session lets you test different flavors, fine-tune your menu, and ensure your signature drinks are just right. Perfect for couples or anyone who wants to feel confident in their cocktail choices before the celebration.

Alcohol & Liquor

At Ophelia’s, we’re here to make your event feel seamless, stylish, and stress-free — and that includes how we handle alcohol. Because mobile bar businesses in Colorado are not permitted to carry a liquor license, we are legally unable to directly sell alcohol ourselves.

But don’t worry — we’ve got two easy options to make sure your bar is fully stocked:

Option 1:

We work closely with a trusted local liquor store that offers excellent service and competitive pricing. Once we finalize your menu, we’ll order and pick up the alcohol for you. The cost of the alcohol will simply be added to the final invoice as a separate line item.

This is our most convenient option — you don’t lift a finger, and your bar arrives fully stocked.

Option 2:

Prefer to handle it yourself? You’re welcome to purchase the alcohol directly and provide it to us prior to your event. We’ll give you a detailed shopping list based on your guest count and menu, and we’ll take it from there — chilling, prepping, serving, and restocking throughout the event.

This option gives you flexibility and allows you to shop where and how you’d like.
